This is a fabulous app, which to be quite frank the work of a genius. I have witnessed many awful app this is the first one published app that absolutely doesn’t work at ALL.
It won’t login no matter how many times you tried.
It won’t show anything
It just won’t do anything
Wonderful, design of ingenuity and the testing for the app must have done so awful that is exactly opposite of what is taught to be rigorous, if they have done any testing whatsoever at all.

The app constantly closes when trying to reserve a studio. It used to work fine bit it doesn’t anymore. I’m not able anymore to reserve anything in forever.

used to work OK, although it crashed after every three searches. Probably run from a potato found in UL’s ‘closed stacks’. I even liked the old-fashioned design. It felt somewhat authentic!
Super convenient, when it did work, for finding or requesting and books and checking opening times upon launch, which was faster than going to the website. 
Since last update, however, it has become useless for any devices not running iOS 17. Why, devs? This needlessly excludes everyone using older devices. And as all reviews witness, it’s a rubbish app anyways, so who exactly are you aiming for?

Unable to book a studio, or to even see the available hours, since it only shows '???-???'.
The app crashes repeatedly.
Ridiculous to have this as the official app of the university library.

Before the last update the app was slow and glitchy, but at least it worked. Now, it took me three attempts to log in, and the section with loans still acts as if I didn’t log in, showing nothing.  Please, make the app work properly!
