## Libre by Abbott Description
Libre app[α] is a continuous glucose-monitoring (CGM) app that helps people living with diabetes track their glucose.
Why Libre app:
• Readings automatically update every minute on your device[α]
• Insights a tap away – helps you see your trends and patterns to better understand your diabetes
• Real-time alerts[λ] gradually increase in volume – you can choose to silence[θ] them for a period of time
• Share[*] readings with your doctor or loved ones through LibreView[±] and LibreLinkUp[**]

COMPATIBILITY

α. The FreeStyle Libre systems apps are only compatible with certain devices and operating systems, and may require registration with LibreView. Check our website for device compatibility before use.
β. The Libre app is compatible with all FreeStyle Libre systems sensors except the preceding FreeStyle Libre 14-day sensors.
δ. The Libre app for smartwatches is only compatible with certain devices and operating systems. Please check our website for more information about device compatibility before using the app. Use of the Libre app may require registration with LibreView. The Libre app for smartwatches should not be used to make treatment decisions. Please follow the Libre app instructions on your smartphone.
ε. Glucose data and alerts appear on your smartwatch only when your phone is within sensor range. Alerts are mirrored from the Libre app, and your phone must have notifications enabled.
θ. Silent mode lets users silence signal loss and alarms for a period of time as indicated in the user manual. During this time, alarms will not sound even with Override Do Not Disturb enabled, though visual and vibration alerts may still appear based on phone settings.
λ. Notifications will only be received when alarms settings are enabled, turned on and sensor is within a certain range unobstructed of the reading device. Refer to user manual.
*. The user’s device must have internet connectivity for glucose data to automatically upload to LibreView and transfer to connected LibreLinkUp app users.
±. LibreView is intended for assisting people with diabetes and HCPs to review and analyze historical glucose data to support diabetes management. It is not intended for treatment decisions or as a substitute for professional medical advice.
**. LibreLinkUp works only with compatible devices and operating systems and requires LibreView registration. Check librelinkup.com for device compatibility details.

It does what it’s suppose to, I guess. But it gets quite annoying. If my glucose is high tell me, I’ll medicate. THEN LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! I do not need an alarm every 3 minutes while it’s high. Why doesn’t someone improve this  unintuitive app?

I literally just started to use this app with my CGM 2 1/2 hours ago. Please stop with the annoying alarms. Why can’t I manually silence the alarms? I don’t want the alarms to go off when I’m trying to go to bed or at work. The alarms are loud, and obnoxious. 

I want to improve my health and not get annoyed with the apps “needed” notifications.

Unable to use the freestyle 3 sensor because this app as well as the freestyle 3 app are not compatible with my phone’s OS which is 26.4. Will Abbott be updating the app so that it will be compatible?

Over the past 8 to 10 months I have had about 33%,or more, defective Libre 3 units,  They failed within a couple of hours after application.  So frustrating.  I get mine free through the VA.  Due to having so many “defects” I no longer receive free replacements at least for a continuing but unknown period of time.

This app is exceptional. The new user interface is really intuitive and I also like the sub menu that it should take pictures of your food and it gives you a pre-heads up as to what a potential impact to your blood sugar accounts will be.
