LibreArm is a free, open-source iPhone app that connects directly to a QardioArm blood-pressure monitor over Bluetooth and can save completed owner readings to Apple Health. It requires no Qardio account, subscription or cloud service.

• Save completed systolic, diastolic and heart-rate values to Apple Health
• Use one-shot Guest Measurement mode without saving to the owner’s Health data
