The LibreLinkUp[2] app is a companion app that allows you to monitor[3] and support people who are using FreeStyle Libre systems sensors and compatible an app from the FreeStyle Libre family of apps. You can link up by asking them to invite you in their app.
Whether you’re a family member, friend or co-worker, the LibreLinkUp app helps you monitor and support people in your life so they can continue making progress. Turn diabetes care into a more engaged team effort.
Why LibreLinkUp? 
•	History and insights: See recent history with the glucose graph or review a logbook of readings and alarms.
•	In the minute notifications: caregivers can set and receive alarms[3] and notifications in the LibreLinkUp app, as well as receive glucose transfer alarms set by connections.

1.	The FreeStyle Libre systems apps are designed to facilitate data sharing between patients and their healthcare providers and caregivers.

Trouble connecting with the App. No way to set up because of no connectivity. Triangle with an exclamation point. Spoke with the call center twice for an hour & a half at least. Constantly losing connection with Libre3. Constant alerts.
Disappointed so far. Essence insurance mandated this change from Dexcom. Did not have any of the same difficulties. It has been just a week…maybe it will get better.

Yesterday my app froze on the orange link up screen. 
I tried turning Bluetooth off and on. It still didn’t work.  I waited over night and tried again.  
Still nothing. 
I deleted the app this morning and reinstalled it   On signing in it says wrong combination. 
I tried several times. I use the forgot password link. It says a link to reset has been sent.   I tried four times in last hour but still no link received. 
My husband has been put on medication that makes his blood sugar levels extremely erratic. 
This is a wonderful app that has worked well for us until now.  I hope to be able to use it again soon.

### *---- "Stripped down app, confusing info, and 1 good thing"
This app does 2 things. I LOVE that I can tap any point in the last 12 hours and I see what that number was at that minute. This should be in Libre 3 app. 

The second thing it does is “track 2 weeks of GLUCOSE EVENTS”. Spent over 2 hours on phone with tech support because the help session doesn’t explain what those are. They are only hi and low values/alerts. She FINALLY read me the info from somewhere else. 

 If they inserted “hi and low” into their help section info I would have said to myself, “I don’t have any”. 

And yes, when I click on “Logbook” it says “No logbook entries.” 

Requested they add those 3 words “hi and lo” to their help pages for this app. Let’s see if they reply and if it gets done.

Just combine the functionality of this app with Libre 3 app so I don’t have to keep bouncing back and forth. Por exemplo, this app allows you to drag line along timeline to correlate precise time and BG value, but L3 app can’t. How about options to change this timeline to 24 hr, 3, 7, 14 days and drag line to see wider historical view. If it does that, then make it more intuitive so old farts like me can figure it out. Cheers.

Libre and Apple are taking people’s lives into their hands and ripping us of. Doesn’t work with Apple iOS 17.6.1, and no one is trying to fix it. We have wasted our last two sensors. No data being transmitted.  Class action lawsuit coming soon.

When I open the app, a window pops up saying my boyfriend would like to share glucose information with me. I hit accept and the window vanishes but nothing shows on the connections list. I’ve closed and reopened the app, rebooted the phone and nothing makes it work.

I’ve been trying to help my mother manage her blood sugar. I feel like I am constantly calling her and asking her what her sugar is at. This connection will make it so much easier to assist her in managing this important health issue.

This app works only half the time, and it often says there's no recent data for hours on end, but my mom's app works just fine (she is who is wearing the sensor). It's frustrating when I'm not able to see her readings. Please fix this issue as it could be a life or death situation. *Instead of just directing everyone to call customer support, please just fix the issue.

**Currently it has been 12 hours of no recent data, through this app. Honestly, that's not acceptable. Not sure how this app has the rating that it does. More often than not, the app fails to show the data it should be showing. How am I supposed to keep an eye on my loved one's readings, if the app doesn't work half the time??? 

*Please fix this issue as I am clearly not the only that this happens to! And customer support is of no help.

I’m monitoring my brother’s sugars from my home using this app, but agree with other commenters that having just the last 12 hours of readings far less than optimal. I should be able to see all the reports that are available on his phone. I have to drive to his house regularly to assure that I didn’t miss anything because being tethered to “watching” this app every 12 hours is a ridiculous expectation. And when I talk to his doctor about his readings, I’d have to document them on my own from the app, or REMEMBER what I saw for the last 4 weeks, 12 hours at a time. Why can’t he “give” me access to ALL the history and not just 12 hours?  I did the give access process on his phone and there was no option for ‘all’.
