This is really inconvenient
Most recent update and now etransfer does not work, no longer can use quick balance, keeps booting app out when you try to log in.
I have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. I don’t even know if this is Libro because it does not seem like it’s in the Libro frame it’s just on an app that showed up and you want me to apply for another app update? This is very disappointingbecause I’m not good with this stuff in the first place. Therefore this makes me feel like somebody else could be trying to tamper with Libro. This does not say for sure this is the Libro my banking so therefore how do I know somebody’s not gonna try and get some information off of me so I’m not booking in and to your thing and it’s very disappointing. Very very disappointing pointing so I give a load. Why is you’re not allowing me to send this to you? It just says write a review and cancel?. Hope you find this somehow.
Just updated the app and now it won’t take a picture for a deposit
The access menu to “log out” is difficult to find, on iPhone screen. It would be more intuitive if located top right corner. Location for many login/log out.
Why is there no manner to report a bug? - Messages screen never allows “back button” so users must force close the app and re-open. Messages pretty much are read only on this app - you won’t be able to message a coach.
Can’t download statements. It closes and you have to sign in again everytime you try to download statements
The app was mediocre at best for the last few years. Fast forward to a new phone and I was told that I had to go to the website to do any transactions, that the app wasn’t designed for my new iPhone.
After the latest update I find this field at the bottom of my screen has someone moved lower and won’t let me select it. I am also having the same issue trying to select the confirm button, resulting in not being able to send etransfers on my phone anymore.
