Log your client, supervision, and CEU hours, then see breakdowns by category. Complete your licensing forms without having to trudge through all your old paperwork and calendars. As you know, mental health therapists (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW) have to obtain a certain number of face-to-face client counseling hours and supervision hours in order to earn full licensure. Most therapists have a hard time keeping track of all the information they need over the multiple years it takes to meet these requirements. On your license application forms, you have to provide number of client hours, categories of clients, categories of supervision hours, types of CEU credits, supervisor signatures – it’s a lot! That’s where License Tracker comes in. The app makes it easy for you to keep all this information in one place. It keeps you organized so you don’t have to think about how to keep track of everything. Log your hours, view your progress, store your CEU info, and keep your supervisor’s contact info all in one place. And don’t worry, your information will be saved even if you lose your phone or get a new one. When you first load the app, License Tracker will start by asking you to select your state. It will then populate goals for the number of client, supervision, and CEU hours you need for licensing. You can change these as needed. Once that’s done, you can start entering your hours and categories for each client or supervision session (no client information is recorded). After you’ve started logging your hours, go to the dashboard to see your overall progress. From there, you can go to the individual client, supervision, and CEU progress screens to get a detailed breakdown for each type of activity. The detail screens even include an estimated timeline of when you’ll hit your goal based on your current pace. Finally, you are also able to record all of your supervisors’ contact info and their license details. This makes is super easy to reach out when it’s time to get their signature on your license application forms. Is something missing? Not functioning how you’d like? Let us know! We’re therapists just like you. We know that keeping track of your hours is the last thing on your mind when all you want to do is help your clients. We want to make this process as easy as possible, so give us your feedback at info@licensetracker.app. ## License Tracker Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/fe/e1/1a/fee11aa2-59e8-385b-1c52-e139ade4e8e9/967d4871-2120-47b0-83ac-0ce7517d3922_iPhone_12_Pro_Max_-_1.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/c9/64/df/c964df7a-f352-1f9a-3636-b4c95e7515b1/62a7e166-901c-4a57-aa0e-c4cc1807ee41_iPhone_12_Pro_Max_-_2.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/a7/72/99/a772994d-8dfe-15d2-cf02-e2849c9e00d6/c1905a4a-cf23-4bcd-bb7c-e713e8f36d46_iPhone_12_Pro_Max_-_3.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource112/v4/8c/bb/41/8cbb41f3-4395-6173-5ff0-23803ddddd1e/fd6b4d98-6c5d-47fb-bd41-43da6c562c4e_iPhone_12_Pro_Max_-_4.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource122/v4/26/2f/ab/262fab99-6b3e-a168-416c-b36383d50b5a/c2f6f2a8-69bc-46f6-882d-a2c721167815_iPhone_12_Pro_Max_-_5.jpg/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 6](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource122/v4/32/43/49/324349a6-a7f2-6e28-6152-a8654ebd2729/5bad0596-b638-4442-90c6-61375317c1ee_iPhone_12_Pro_Max_-_6.jpg/1242x2688.png) ## License Tracker Discovered Keywords - license tracker ## Apps Similar to License Tracker - [Vonage Business Communications](https://apptail.io/app/vonage-business-communications-MAb/united-states) - [Clockify Time Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/clockify-time-tracker-Hon/united-states) - [Artful Agenda](https://apptail.io/app/artful-agenda-Ovq/united-states) - [Routine Planner, Habit Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/routine-planner-habit-tracker-PSq/united-states) - [Smart Tasks - Lists Made Easy](https://apptail.io/app/smart-tasks-lists-made-easy-upu/united-states) - [Tidy: House Cleaning Schedule](https://apptail.io/app/tidy-house-cleaning-schedule-KUy/united-states) - [BePresent: Screen Time Control](https://apptail.io/app/bepresent-screen-time-control-cGlb/united-states) - [Brick - Ditch Distractions](https://apptail.io/app/brick-ditch-distractions-mFMn/united-states) - [My LPC Hours](https://apptail.io/app/my-lpc-hours-OXxo/united-states) - [Upheal for Clinicians](https://apptail.io/app/upheal-for-clinicians-eKcq/united-states) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
