Never expect to get a response back from licious in case you are stuck with any issue because they will just say one line that our team will resolve your issue and will revert back in 24 to 48 hours. No matter how many times you call them or text them your issue will never get resolved. Licious has the worst ever customer service feedback I have ever witnessed. I have been trying to get my problem solved from past 2 months and still no result.

Be very careful with Licious. They have spent lot of good money on false marketing. They have no conscience - they sell highly adulterated meat in posh packaging. Every time we ate their food - it caused severe stomach upset and food poisoning. No other meat has ever had such side effects. Because we don’t have consequential damages in Indian law, they can roam scot free and not care about the repercussions. If they operated in countries with stricter laws, they’d be out of business and behind bars. Hopefully this review reaches the masses, beware of false advertising , there are no checks and most definitely not 150 of them. What are these 150? It’s just a psychologically pleasing number - ask them to list each one and show the proof. I don’t know how they’re allowed to advertise whatever nonsense they want- that doesn’t mean we should be ignorant. The meat is highly processed and injected with god knows what hormones. If you have the time, get their meat processed in a private lab and you’ll know just how badly they’re ruining the public’s health. Just because most people’s bodies won’t show the effects immediately, they’re getting fooled. In the long term there food will cause irreversible damage. You really have to have no soul to be able to do this to millions of people and get rich on their misery.

I ordered prawn and they smelling very bad. Their quality team called me after multiple follow ups. They mentioned that it will be picked up and I will get a refund. Item was delivered in the morning and now it is about to be 10 pm. No resolution and I have done multiple follow ups.

I ordered chicken cut and it automatically got rescheduled and so i cancelled the ordered and its been 1 month i didnt get the refund amount and also customer people are still telling to wait seriously its better go outside and chicken than ordering from this app. If possible i would tell everyone to mot order from this app ever . I would have given the minus rating if it was possible

They falsely claim that they will deliver the item within 90 minutes, which is a significant misrepresentation. Today, I placed a, but the delivery was completed much later than promised it took more than 3 hours. Due to this delay, my maid left the kitchen before the delivery arrived. Therefore, I strongly advise against using this app if you require timely delivery.
