Not only are the treats becoming worthless but you removed the most useful function: the search bar in receipts. It would be nice if you didn’t gaslight us on the cost of living crisis. Or is it because you realised you’re more expensive than Aldi now..
The rewards STINK ! I never get anything useable , only good thing was a free €3 that I got 1 time in years and a few croissants. It’s not worth the time spent scanning .
Since the new layout (shortcut of loyalty card button on a home page) my shopping list has disappeared and does not work properly. I have to workaround in awkward way to get to it i.e. mock add some offer from home page. Quite disappointed as it was one of the features I have been using in the app regularly. Hence 3* only.

Very unfair for older people who only have pay as you go phones. Should be like Dunns and Texco with a voucher system.
The app do not allow me to login. After selecting the country, it doesn’t show any store around the area. Please fix this bug otherwise it is useless.
Unable to log in so cant make use of the app
The app does not allow you to log into your account, not with phone or email. Every time I open the area to log into my account it pulls up a page to either enter your email or you can choose by phone, however when you select the text box it won’t pull up the keyboard to allow you to type anything. I’ve checked if there is an update to the app needed but no, I’ve deleted and reinstalled as well but it still does the same thing every time. I’m just left stuck on the login page with no option to actually connect my account. Very frustrating.
Where my Lidl is the internet coverage is awful. I have to skip scanning card just because it is not loading. Ability to add it to apple wallet working be appreciated. UPD: with some recent update the app logs you out when there is no internet making it unusable at all. What the….
