Order food and they take your money and never deliver your food. Only way to get your money back is to call your bank and get them to cancel the payment. Do not use this app. This has happened to me 5 times now. SCAMMERS!!!!!

So far I made three orders and all three has been terrible in its own way. Order #1 delivery took more than 90 minutes when it was promised to be delivered in 35 minutes and ultimately ended up getting a cold wet blob of pizza like thing. Order #2 was an order for Indian food. delivery was fast, the restaurant had thousand plus review with an average review of 4/5. And we got a very low quality food. The app does not let you add ratings or reviews about the restaurant. I believe the ratings and reviews on the app about the restaurants are faked data set just to attack business. Order #3 made an order to an Asian restaurant. I have to admit, the food delivered was a new low standard. Again this restaurant had 6k plus reviews with an average rating of 4plus/5. This is when the app does neither let you make any review nor rating. Fake reviews. Unable to communicate.

The only way to mention an issue with an order or it not being delivered is via email. There has been no response for an hour. The delivery driver (who I tipped out of good faith) said they delivered the order over half an hour ago. No one has showed up. No way to contact lieferado promptly. I now have to work a 12 hour shift with no food and no explanation as to what has happened. Complete waste of time and money. I’ve asked for a refund including the tip but of course have not heard back.

This application is the worst food service app I have ever used. There was no customer service, the app took our money for the food we ordered and the food was never delivered by the restaurant and then when we called the restaurant, they hung up repeatedly and denied knowing that we had ordered and paid through the app. Appalling Customer service!!!!!!

I would rather walk 3km to pick up my food or go hungry than use this useless app ever again. No location tracking for your order, no live updates or timing, no ability to contact the restaurant, and on top of all of this: HORRIBLE customer service: my food never arrived and they won’t refund me - the delivery driver could have eaten it himself for I know, and Lieferando refuse to take any responsibility for their lack of controls and their partner restaurants’ actions!

On the link for tracking it says that the food is delivered,but It’s bot nad I waited for 2 hours! Not professional At all! So dissapointed

Everything is closed and it is 8pm on a Monday and the app doesn’t tell you it is closed until you are trying to order

Habe 2:30 h auf das Essen gewartet bis die Bestellung storniert wurde das Restaurant hat die Bestellung nach 2:15 erst bekommen Da die Küche schon geschlossen War wurde es storniert. Werde die App nicht mehr nutzen

Nach dem Update speichert sich die Adresse nicht mehr, somit kann man nicht mehr bestellen! Fixt es endlich!!!

Man kann seit dem Facelift nicht mehr nach Mindestbestellung filtern. Das macht die Auswahl quasi nutzlos, weil ich mich durch jede Anzeige klicken muss.
