Don’t waste your time or money using this god awful application. The UI is not intuitive, the real time tracker doesn’t work, the loyalty program. The customer service is the absolute worst of any other delivery app. The restaurant selection is equally bad.
Die App hat meinen Standort geortet, als ich bei kfc einen Einkauf von mehr als 21€ getätigt habe (es soll eine Liefer-App sein) und sie sagen mir, dass ich es bei kfc abholen muss, das mehr als zwei Stunden Fußweg von meinem Haus entfernt ist, jetzt werde ich drei Tage lang hungern müssen, ich habe den Kundendienst kontaktiert, dass es eine Verwirrung gab und ich habe ihnen meine Adresse gegeben und sie gebeten, mir bitte meine Adresse zu bringen und ich habe den Zuschlag bezahlt, Mir wurde noch folgendes gesagt, ( machen Sie Ihren nächsten Einkauf gut für den Moment hoffe ich aberré half asta luego, dieser Kundenservice ist ein Zirkus scheinen Antworten von Bots gemacht 🤖 ) und so sage ich ihnen sehr schlechten Service, ich weiß nicht, wie sie die Option setzen, um im Restaurant zu behaupten, wenn ich teurer für eine Hauslieferung App zahlen ist, um es nach Hause zu bringen, werde ich nicht das Essen zu exorbitanten Preisen bezahlen, wenn ich immer noch ins Restaurant gehen .... Wenn Sie also mit dem Gedanken spielen, hier etwas zu kaufen, tun Sie es nicht, der Kundenservice ist miserabel, und sie helfen Ihnen bei nichts, was für eine Schande von einer App. The app tracked my location when I made a purchase of more than 21€ from kfc (it's supposed to be a delivery app) and they tell me I have to pick it up at kfc which is more than two hours walk from my house, now I will have to starve for three days, I contacted customer service there was a confusion and I gave them my address and asked them to please bring me my address and I paid the surcharge, I was still told the following, ( make your next purchase well for now I hope aberré helped asta luego, this customer service is a circus seem answers made by bots 🤖 ) and so I tell them very bad service, I don't know how they put the option to claim at the restaurant, if I pay more expensive for a home delivery app is to bring it home, I will not pay the food at exorbitant prices if I still go to the restaurant .... So if you are thinking of buying something here don't do it, the customer service is abysmal and they don't help you with anything, what a shame of an app.
No user friendly
Uber eats in other places offers a service to monitor the orders, also orders take way more than expected which is sign of inefficient behavior of liferando’s system in general
