First of all, the restaurant didn’t give me my food nor accepted or deny it Then i sent a request to the Customer Service and they delayed for 3 days to answer and when they finally answered they said : we are sorry but we can’t process your request right now. Like i have paid for food that i didn’t get and the app is not helping me to either get my money or food !!! What is this ?
1.30min late 2:2-3hours more to wait for my order to arrive bc of that i cancelled the order, didn’t get my refund back. 3: total scammers don’t trust this app it will never give your money back.
First of all no contact point in Austria. Second, they delay the delivery for how much ever time they want. Never ever gonna spend my money with them. Deleted the app for good. You never gonna reach the customer support
Die Bestellung war nicht abgeschlossen. 0 Kommunikation mit dem Restaurant. Und natürlich ist das Geld weg. Es ist ein Dieb.
there is no contact number field when you order. and there should be basket when u order which if you in the middle of the order and you close app. ur order goes away
Fahrer war sehr unfreundlich, Chef schickt die letzte Zeit einen anderen , essen ist wunderbar, immer schön warm .. auch ziemlich schnell ... am liebsten hätte ich 6 Sterne gegeben ! Bestelle seit Monaten jeden Tag von diese Pizzeria ! Maria
Super bad ux. Especially the list of additives. It's absolutely not possible to see which additives are in which food!
Habe 2:30 h auf das Essen gewartet bis die Bestellung storniert wurde das Restaurant hat die Bestellung nach 2:15 erst bekommen Da die Küche schon geschlossen War wurde es storniert. Werde die App nicht mehr nutzen
Nach dem Update speichert sich die Adresse nicht mehr, somit kann man nicht mehr bestellen! Fixt es endlich!!!
Man kann seit dem Facelift nicht mehr nach Mindestbestellung filtern. Das macht die Auswahl quasi nutzlos, weil ich mich durch jede Anzeige klicken muss.
