So I’m new in the German and friends suggested me this app BUT at my second delivery with the worst pizzeria of my life ( I ordered 2 pizzas never got them and also never got my money back ) when I send an email in Lieferando they didn’t even say something useful . So I’m asking now . To who I need to send A MESSAGE OR SOMETHING to help me if not LIEFERANDO? it’s just insane !
App ist stabil, und funktioniert gut mit Bestellungen. Aber: 1. Der FoodTracker zeigt nur den Weg vom Restaurant zu mir, und keine andere Angaben (wann die Bestellung fertig ist, oder ob sie geliefert wird). Klar verstehe ich, dass sowas auch Thema des Restaurants ist. 2. Payback bietet Coupons an, aber bei der App gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Kundennummer einzugeben. Wenn ich die Bestellung durch die Payback App durchführe, und auf meinem Lieferando Konto anmelde, dann sehe ich meine Bestellung in der Lieferando App nicht.
Made an order that I never received and still the courier marked it as delivered. Tried multiple times to reach the store and support but not even a response.
