Ever since the app got a facelift we lost the order tracking option, so now you dont know where your order is at any given moment. A major downgrade. Additionally, adding an english version of the app takes less than a week and would help all of the non german speaking users in the app.
Every time I order they have an average which is never accurate. After that the time keeps increasing and there is not even a notification.
On my last order the order took 4hours to arrive 4 hours. When I contacted the customer support they said oops and offer to Try to cancel emphasis on the TRY. Aside from this one usually the delivery times are most of the times off by a lot.
This hotel is very nice place and very good food. I eat every day.
The worst delivery system. When it doesn’t take two hours extra, it’s because the restaurant does not have delivery system

This app is super out dated and incredibly slow delivery.
Primeiro pedido que fiz o restaurante não entregou e fiquei logo desconfiado. A equipe Lieferando logo tratou do meu reembolso e foi resolvido em cerca de 2 dias. Nada a reclamar até hoje
Como podem resolver esta situação que não consigo colocar a minha localização e não consigo fazer o pedido
