With the Lieferando iPhone app, you can order the food you love wherever you are in Germany. From over 37,000 restaurants, supermarkets and convenience stores to choose from, you can enjoy everything from burgers, pizza, pasta, sushi, salads and loads more, and get it all delivered to your door.
Need some bits from the supermarket, liquor store or florist? Just open the Lieferando app, choose ‘groceries’ and fill your basket. Whether it’s baby food, diapers, flowers, liquor, beer, wine, beauty products, ice cream, chocolate, milk, fruit and bread, our partners have it all.
How it works:
Ordering is easy. You can either pick a saved address, fill in your postcode/street name or let the app find your location automatically. You can then choose your favourite restaurant or store and select what you fancy. Choose to pay with PayPal, Klarna, credit card, Apple Pay or another option, or pay with cash when your food gets delivered if the restaurant allows it.
Follow your order to your doorstep:
Track your order from the kitchen or store straight to your doorstep with our Food Tracker®. We'll even send you push notifications to update you about the status of your order. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to deliver your food or groceries.

AWFUL
There is no call centre for the clients, only for the restaurants. Your emails are left unread. And on top of that there is no message you get on the delivery time. And no policy for refund in case you miss your order! Terrible experience! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Gutschein-Funktion
Ich bin enttäuscht, dass eine solche Gutschein-Funktion so schlecht funktioniert. Ich habe einen Code eingegeben, der Rabatt wurde angerechnet, und ich habe PayPal als Zahlungsmethode gewählt. Offensichtlich wurde die Zahlung aufgrund von Netzwerkstörungen oder Internetproblemen storniert. Als ich dann zu meiner Bestellung zurückkehren wollte, war sie nicht mehr vorhanden. Ich musste die Bestellung komplett neu aufgeben, aber der Code wurde bereits als verwendet angezeigt. Das Problem ist auch, dass es unmöglich ist, den Kundenservice zu erreichen.
Neglecting customers
In case of any inconvenience with your order — you will suffer. Very bad customer service. This app and service is absolute disaster. My experience is full of pain and frustration. Need to cancel because delivery will take place 1.5 hours instead of 20 min promised? First, time estimate will change after you pay. Second — you will have to call to restaurant and speak German to them. And then your money lost, and no one gives a care. Beware! Stay away!

FRAUD SCAMMERS
Do not use this app if you want to eat. They do not deliver any food. Just take your money
Doesn’t work on Iphone 8
The app was clearly not tested for bugs on IPhone 8. Could never proceed to the checkout and no order completed. And I’m hungry now
Does not respect user settings
Despite check box about messages and news is opt out it still send push notifications. What else this app is lying?
I love Lieferando!
Especially that I live on the 4th floor without elevator, I am very happy to have such a service and on Sundays when everything is closed in Berlin:)
Charged 40€ and order wasn’t created
I made a payment with PayPal and I was charged 40€, after that order was not created and I cannot reach support. I need my order or a refund!!!
