BATTERY CONSUMPTION
Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. Life Cycle does not use the GPS in the background, but instead relies on cell tower and Wi-Fi locations. As a result, it consumes less than 1% of your battery per day, when the app runs in the background.

REQUIREMENTS

• Life Cycle needs to run in the background to be able to record your data. It only uses 1% of your battery per day when doing so.
• You need to carry your phone with you, for Life Cycle to accurately record and interpret your activities.
• Wi-Fi should be enabled on your phone for tracking to work.

Should you choose to subscribe to Life Cycle Premium, the purchase will be charged to your iTunes account. You can manage or cancel your auto-renewable subscription by entering the user settings in iTunes after the purchase. The subscription will be auto-renewed 24 hours before the subscription period ends, with the same kind of subscription you already bought, to the same price. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable.

The app used to pick up my exact location every time, but not anymore. It is completely missing my location and sometimes even combining two distant locations in one.
I tried to submit this feedback on the developer's website, but it is down!
PS: the last update for this app was 5 months ago and the developer is completely absent despite the bad reviews.

### ****- "Very helpful - needs some improvement"
This app has been very helpful especially with tracking my working hours and it is also cool to see a breakdown of what I do throughout the week/month. However the app has a few kinks that definitely need to be ironed out for ideal use. Firstly, the gps location is not as accurate as it needs to be, especially for people living in metropolitan areas. My house, gym, and coffee shop are all within 2 minutes of each other, so the app is unable to distinguish between them.

Second issue is that if you happen to make a mistake logging an activity the first time you visit a new location (like selecting “work” instead of “transport” at the subway station), the app will continue to record that activity every time you are at that location, no matter how many times you correct it. It would be great if there was a way to set a default activity for specific locations, or if the app could learn from the constant corrections.

I’ve used this app for over 6 years. Recently it stopped syncing my sleep data from the developers other app, sleep cycle. The geolocating is also not sensitive enough to tell when I’m at home or work, since I now live close to work. It used to be a great app, but seem like development has been neglected because it hasn’t been updated in a year. Disappointed and will be rethinking my subscriptions to their apps

My Credit card i could not use on my iPhone so i used my Roommates VISA to get iCloud $3.99 and then SleepCycle decided to pull out an old Subscription i had a trial for years ago at $39 leaving my roommate broke, i tried to refund threw apple but some server error happened then roommate freaked out because of the LifeCycle over priced app Stealing without asking or notifying, dont care if it was a year or two ago still need warning about taking money from someones home !!!
Apple or SleeoCycle you guys better get abold of me quick or this will be spread like wild fire this robbery !!!

I’ve used this app for years to help me track where I go and when. However with the newest iOS update, it has stopped tracking any of my moments and just shows me at home with the occasional sleep log. It’s basically a useless app now.

Since the new iOS, this app can no longer accurately update the location information. This renders the app completely useless considering this is its primary function! Very disappointing. 

For example, I had an hour or more of driving and several hours out of the home today. But today’s info only shows home and sleep. 

I’d been using this app for years up to this point. Now I’ve deleted it from my device. 

When it works, this is a five star app.
