I just updated a perfectly good app and now the update seems to have ruined it. It says ‘Oops there seems to be a problem’ and I can neither reinstall it, open it, nor reach anyone for help and support. Very frustrating.

Have been using the app without any issues for two years and found it very easy to use for booking my appointments and rescheduling when I needed to.

Yesterday I was prompted to update it, but over the update was complete I couldn’t log in anymore!

Please get this sorted ASAP!

Love the app and ease of booking etc. But I hate that I can't export my appointments into my calendar. It feels like a massive oversight.

The Life Health App is excellent. It shows my upcoming appointments. The Clinic has downloaded my X-rays on it. It is easy to book appointments and reschedule if necessary. My Doctor has also put exercises onto My Docs section which is brilliant as I never quite remember what I am told to do. There is nothing not to like about this app. The app is another professional enhancement as well as the clinic providing such good care and service.

Has stopped working on my iPhone, the character moves but doesn’t upload.  Oddly, fine on iPad.  Main downside for me is no calendar integration.

This app is great it allows me to change and book appointments easily if required. 
An improvement to the App would be if the appointments loaded to the calendar. I’m sure the original App design allowed this.

App is good for booking appointments but is very temperamental. Continually having to reinstall it, which often doesn't solve the issue!

I go to the clinic in Rayleigh and see Abbie there (fantastic!). The staff are so accommodating and lovely esp the receptions. The app is great because I can see when my next appointment is and keep on top of it. He reason I haven't given it 5 stars is because I'm yet to see what the loyalty card will have and it would be great if there were tips on back health or access to the videos they show in the clinic, tips etc
