购买了终身会员，扣费了但是功能未生效
我在手机端买了终身会员，在手机上只能使用2条，无法享受全部权益，在Mac恢复购买，获取不到，也无法使用。

我付款了但是点击恢复并不会激活未会员版，还是免费版，重启应用也没用，邮件也没有回复

买了连续包月的会员1.99，没有到账，还是不能写超过3个纪念日，我又修改了连续包年的会员，还是到账不了，页面不错，就是用不了，白花20块，希望解决一下
