I tried to restore my data a few times. It just continuously tries to reload everything and fails. Wish there was a way to export everything so I can at least have my history from the past decade. Completely broke the app. How can we trust the new version yo be reliable? Update: Ok the data is now restored and worked for a bit. Now it the app wont open. The little flowers just keeps turning
The app got updated to a new look and all of my past 10 years of data I logged is gone.
Edit - back to 5 stars, the developer of this app acted very quickly to resolve an issue! All data and tracking is back. This is a great app for tracking your monthly! Prev - Have loved this app for years but after the latest update, the app won’t open, just bouncing flowers 😳. Hope this gets fixed, have downloaded a new app since.
Since the recent update a perfectly good app turned to an terrible app that now costs too much for some pretty basic features. Cycle day counts disappear when you start the period Maybe that somewhere else but it seems simple to keep it on the calendar page. I will lose some data when I delete this but I suppose that is the warning with using any app. I think I will just go back to analog tracking.
I’ve used this app since 2016 and loved how simple it was. The new update made it impossible to track anything. You just can’t edit a selected day and it won’t properly save changes. In order to see any changes I’ve made, I have to exit the app completely and open it again, and every time even half of what I put in isn’t there. It’s so so frustrating.
I’m giving 3 star due to recent changes on the app its just in l loading state, its not providing the calendar or anything. Its just the pink flowers loading screen. I have been using the app for long time ~ 4 years and never had this issue prediction is accurate before until recent changes, also there is no way I could report this issue
i have the latest update and it was working (semi fine) but now it just loads and never opens as others have experience. are devs working on fixing this ASAP?
Even since the update, it literally won’t load. I’ve been using it for years and now I can’t access anything . UGH
Since new versions of the app, changing the period and saving the information seems to change the dates for the other data. However, when you close the app and reopen it, the information is no longer saved and everything is shifted. It becomes difficult to get the right information as the months go by...
I was so surprised to see a new version without any history. I've been using this app since 2013 and kept it on my phone because it was unnecessary to transfer all the data to another app. But after this update, there's no longer a need to be a user, and it's probably time to switch to another app. Sorry, guys. I'm so disappointed
