Reston premises incompetent with announcements on app.
While the place has a great and provides diverse services, they are incompetent when it comes to announcing inconveniences on their app. Maybe their tech guy should be contacted by the tons of employees with headpieces when this happens. So far we have not seen announcements when there was a hot water issue, towel dryer issues, or when the hot tubs are closed or when a sauna or steam room is not in service. Also save the concierge the time by telling someone to post these things closer to live time. The delay shouldn’t be more than 10 minutes and that’s a generous amount of time. It’s annoying not being notified on the app and finding out something is not working when one arrives.
Please act like a professional gym chain as you are and do your due diligence.
Not a user friendly app
The “LT shop”is like going to website from the 90’s. Always has a glitch on the payment site, won’t apply points to autoship orders. Sometimes it deletes the entire order and makes you restart. The section of the app to book classes always says there is an error when you book a class when there is no error.
Dance Classes
My friend and I are looking for a new hobby/things to do for fun. We used to go to Lifetime before the membership price rose to about the amount you pay for bills. So, I’m glad they have livestream classes here for us to do. I look forward to doing these. I hope to be able to do club access if I can afford it one day. I love Lifetime so much and am looking forward to daily classes!
not set up for larger screen
this app seems to only support phone screen size image. When using on tablet it is still as small as the phone. it also doesn’t allow you to favorite, or save in a more convenient/accessible location, videos or separate/minimize/hide instructors or videos you don’t like.
no way to regulate volume of music separate from speaker’s voice volume.

FIX THE LIFESHOP BUGS!!
This app has forever given me issues when I go to the LifeShop and try to manage autoship. Pleaseeeeeee fix this and make it easier to use! Such a nightmare trying to create and edit autoships! Everything else on the app works like a dream but, dang, every update that’s gone on in the last 4-5 years has never addressed this one, terribly frustrating issue.
Cannot order from cafe
App used to work well, but now I cannot order from the cafe in app. After the order is added, there is a spinning cursor and an error appears “Oops! Failed to add item to the cart, please try again”. It does not matter the item.
Just For The App
The app is fine. It’s a bit slow and awkward at times, but it’s fine. My issue is with the login. Previously I’d login once every few months, and it has been fine. But now they log me out every time I close the app. Considering the complexity of my password, this is a major hassle.
Bottom line, if you are going to be too cheap to give us key tags (heavens knows we pay enough), don’t make the app such a hassle!
Annoying
Please save my class filter settings instead of wiping them every single time I open the app again. Or at least give us the ability to easily search with recent filters.
