Frustrating, barely a functional app. Works intermittently at best. My employers old system was much better. Dashboard shows a shift but select shifts and nothing is there!

Mine re-loaded automatically on my iPad 2 days ago and hasn’t been working since. It won’t let me log in most times and when I can log in, it jams and doesn’t load anything. It just has the small loading symbol at the top of the screen and them stops.

I’m employed my too different franchises of the same domain. It’s impossible to switch accounts. Everytime I log out of one, and try log into the other it takes me straight back to the first one.

- Sunday as first day of the week is ridiculous
- No time card
- Can’t specify max. no of days per week on your availability
- MySchedule displayed the week’s schedule in a simpler way, it was just a plain list of the days and times for each week which I could pretty much take a mental picture of and remember. This is a significantly less convenient layout it’s just a tiny dot under the day and you have to tap to see more, on top of that Sunday being the first day makes it even less user friendly.
- No way to contact you with feedback. Ie. you probably just don’t care.
