## LifeLoop Reviews in United States

### **--- "not good"
nice try, but buggy… currently just a blank screen
-- robroper, 2026-01-26

### *---- "Not sure what the purpose of this app is"
My folks assisted living community, encouraged me to download this app, but it doesn’t show anything but their pictures and names… perhaps it’s the community or just the app is no good? I don’t see any use for it.
-- Antonugio, 2026-01-03

### *---- "Horrible Interface"
Dev: are you doing anything to improve your app? You cannot think it's tolerable as-is - huge latency on iOS.
Just really bad.
-- redjeepblacktop, 2025-11-03

### **--- "Not dependable"
I have to delete and reinstall this app about every 10 days as is just quits working.
-- Ahwt, 2025-09-07

### ***-- "Not very user friendly for end users"
As for the end users, this app is not very friendly. Examples would be: you cannot change a message group you have to start another group.
-- End use, 2025-07-31

### ***** "A Senior Living Community’s BFF in an App form!"
I’ve used LifeLoop for over 5 years, working in Senior Living. I cannot say enough wonderful things about it! It’s super user friendly and helps to streamline so many functions for the community, residents, and families. Thanks LL!
-- BFF App for Senior Living, 2025-06-05

### **--- "Crashes when trying to send postcards"
The app worked fine for me for over a year but in the last few months every time I try to enter a message for a postcard in LifeLoop Express, the app crashes. My mom misses receiving the postcards.
-- MKE Diner, 2025-05-03

### **--- "Has Potential"
It can be beneficial. But I find myself frustrated with it more often than not. A lot of glitches. Runs very slow and sometimes just won’t work. Not only on my phone, but my laptop as well.
-- DMomma13, 2025-01-13

### *---- "APP NEEDS WORK"
Does not recognize my email unless I type it in. Does not log me in using Face ID. Takes me to the App Store to log in. This app needs to be reprogrammed too work properly… as it’s meant to.
-- StopNShop4more, 2024-08-31

### **--- "Kicks me out on iphone"
My community uses LifeLoop for the calendar. Opens on my iPad and iPhone, however keeps asking me to sign in on iPhone. Then have to request new welcome text, as I the login shows as incorrect user rather than correct email address. Terrible inconvenience.
