LifeLoop Reviews

LifeLoop Does Not Have Full Functionality

delic8rose on

United States

LifeLoop does not have full functionality on an iPhone. I cannot see menus or see the full calendar on a phone. I assume they are visible with a computer. I don’t have a computer, however; just an iPhone.

Username Needs Correction

I’m not tech savvy. I tried to correct it but it won’t save it. It should be Alicia.Peterson. Can you correct it? Thank you.

Too glitchy

Ruby LC on

My mother uses it at her retirement home and it constantly has to be restarted to log her in. With the population I’ve seen using it, I’m pretty disappointed that it has so many bugs. It takes up a ridiculous amount of my time.

Needs some work

Stevenhath on

This app is a great communication tool. However, the app itself is very laggy and buggy. Does not support a simplified log-in process (FaceID, TouchID). Users often will tap something, and there is such a bad lag that they will continuously keep tapping until the app eventually freezes up. I am using this app on the newest iPhone and it is still extremely laggy. This is a great communication tool, but really needs some work and fine-tuning. The website is much quicker and user friendly, and has large icons available for the user to see. Navigating this technology as a senior citizen can be challenging as is, then throwing on the app issues/bugs on top of it makes even more challenging.

Director of maintenance

Since update, I’m Not able to edit requests that have been put in. Changing date, or just adding task to it. Also can’t exit reoccurring task to change date either. Please fix!!!!

Frustrating

When I signed in the first time it said “invalid credentials”. I’ve changed passwords and still the same message.

I am a tech savvy senior in a great community that is attempting to convert all of us to using Lifeloop. We had a bumpy rollout, but Life Loop has come through in helping us make changes more tailored to our community. Thank you.

Wishful

I really like the idea of this app and find it quite useful to remind my mother of upcoming events. Unfortunately I’ve had to reinstall the app twice and I have so many log in issues that it has turned into a frustration instead of a help. Why doesn’t it work with facial recognition? Why can’t I just stay signed in? In fact, why is a log in required at all?

App Crashes on Startup on iPad

LifeLoop User on

United States

The app has many issues. First of all, it will not rotate to landscape mode on the iPad, regardless of how the device is oriented. The other major issue is that it will hang on the startup screen and never log in, requiring me to force quit the app. This is unacceptable and prevents me from being able to use the app on my iPad, which I prefer to my iPhone. These issues need to be fixed. My iPad is on iOS 15.2.1, the latest version that is available.

Very User Friendly!

I am not a huge tech person but this app and LifeLoop in general are very easy to use. I enjoy being able to see any new maintenance work orders come through and the ability to mark ones I have completed in real time in any part of the community. Very convenient!
