## LifeStream Blood Bank Description
LifeStream provides blood products and services to more than 80 Southern California hospitals in six counties. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) blood center and our mission is to help save lives by connecting donors and patients through the gift of blood.

Anyone can use the LifeStream Blood app to easily find and schedule appointments at LifeStream donation centers and mobile blood drives.

LifeStream donors may use the mobile app to access their donor portal to see blood type, donation history, test results, eligibility to donate and access donor rewards store.

On the chance I can log in the app freezes. It doesn’t recognize my username or password but if I try to make a new profile, it says already in use. Trying to reset it is useless.

I try to login, and it didn’t accept my password. I select reset password, and I receive a message that a link has been sent to reset the password, but no email ever comes. I have also tried to link my donor ID to my account, with no success. Please help!
