I have always thought that tracking what we are eating is super hard and troublesome. With Lifesum, I can simply scan the barcode to get close accurate data, sometimes 100%. Inserting the data manually is not difficult either. I love that they have a huge database for the ingredients that I can create a meal out of them. I also love the recipes, beautiful pictures and easy to follow. Surprisingly, there’s Scandinavian recipes. Greetings from Finland. 🤩
Sure, its a great app. It has helped me with my eating disorder and ive really felt alot better and healthier while using the app. Its super easy to scan the foods barcode or just search it up. The wide variety makes it super easy to find the thing you want to log. And of course the plus version has many benefits, like recipes. I think there should be some recepies open for the free version. I understand that you need to make money somehow. But what about putting an ad before the user can open the recipie. I don’t know. But i would love to make healthier foods straight from the app. I cant afford to pay any extra subscription at the moment. But love the app!! Thank you!
Lifesum is pretty much the best and the most aesthetic app among these weightloss & habit trackers. During the last few months I’ve learned to love Lifesum, but there’s few things I hope developers could take a look at: - It’s beyond frustrating you can’t sync Fitbit and Lifesum on iOS. - All statistics, pie charts and table charts are usually off, f.e Calorie intake by category, Nutrition intake etc. Color codes are mixed, titles and datas don’t match. I’d really hope Lifesum would fix this bug because it’s a service we’re paying for and the stats are quite essential part of the app :)) Thank you!

Man får även tips.
I like the app for the most part. Also not a fan of food scores. But my main issue is that it’s hard to adjust information of the foods. I’ve encountered so many items with inaccurate nutritional information when scanning barcodes. It’s so annoying that I can’t just change it. Well, I can’t even change the info of the foods i created!
The latest update is quite a disappointment. Why such huge focus on if I want to know if what I chose to eat is good or bad? ”Do you want to know what was bad about the produce you chose?” No, because it is a feature that I have to pay for. Over all, the app became less motivating to use after the latest update. Was the update really necessary?
It was a great app, but now basic features such as calorie adjustment have become "premium" features so I'll just change apps. I get locking macro adjusting, recipes and such behind a paywall, but goddamn calories? That's ridiculous!
