## Lifetrons Description
Lifetrons Health is a comprehensive fitness app designed to support individuals on their weight loss journey and promote a healthy lifestyle. The app seamlessly integrates with the Lifetrons Smart Scale and offers a range of features to monitor, manage, and achieve health goals. With Lifetrons Health, users can easily calculate their daily required calories, track their weight loss progress, and create personalized health goals.
One of the key highlights of Lifetrons Health is its ability to calculate daily required calories based on individual weight loss or maintenance goals. By utilizing data from the Lifetrons Smart Scale and considering factors such as age and other parameters, the app provides accurate recommendations for calorie intake. This feature enables users to plan an effective weight loss diet chart and meal planner tailored to their specific needs, empowering them to make informed decisions about their diet and workout routine.
The app also offers a free calorie counter tool and nutrition calculator, allowing users to log their meals effortlessly and monitor their macronutrient intake. By utilizing the provided nutrition and calorie calculator, individuals can easily make healthier food choices and maintain a balanced diet. Lifetrons Health simplifies the process of understanding the nutritional content of various foods, providing detailed information on protein, fiber, carbohydrates, and other essential macronutrients.
To help users stay motivated and track their progress effectively, Lifetrons Health includes a progress monitor feature. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of health data gathered from the Lifetrons Smart Scale, including weight loss and fat loss progress, as well as daily calorie consumption. By visualizing these trends, individuals can easily assess their overall progress and determine if adjustments are needed to their weight loss strategy.
Furthermore, Lifetrons Health seamlessly integrates with Google Fit, enabling users to monitor their daily walks and activities. By consolidating data from various sources, including the Lifetrons Smart Scale, calorie counter, diet chart, and nutrition calculator, the app offers a holistic approach to guide individuals toward their fat loss goals. This integration ensures that users have access to accurate and comprehensive information to support their fitness journey.
Lifetrons Health goes beyond a mere fitness app by providing additional features to enhance user experience. Individuals can connect with professional yoga instructors, nutritionists, and dieticians for personalized one-on-one coaching sessions. This expert guidance adds value to users' diet and exercise routines, making them more effective and enjoyable.
For health experts, Lifetrons offers a specially designed app called NutriSwift, along with supporting software, to facilitate their work as dietitians, nutritionists, health coaches, or doctors. NutriSwift provides a comprehensive platform for professionals to monitor and guide their clients' health and wellness goals. It includes features such as diet plans, workout routines, in-app chat, and video calls, allowing health experts to deliver personalized care and support.
In summary, Lifetrons Health is a feature-rich fitness app that empowers individuals to embark on their weight loss journey and achieve their health and fitness goals. With its integration of the Lifetrons Smart Scale, calorie counter, nutrition calculator, and expert guidance, the app provides a holistic and personalized approach to promoting a healthy lifestyle. ## Lifetrons Reviews in India

### *---- "Got worse"
I have been using this scale for past three years and so far it was working great. But due to the latest fixes, pushed the number on the scale after weighing and the number that is displayed on the app after syncing are just not correct and have a difference of .5 kg to one KG. I do not trust the reading of this scale. Don't try to force customers to upgrade to your latest and greatest.
-- Shan_ky.S, 2024-08-27

### *---- "Frustrating Experience, Not Worth Your Time"
I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with this app and its dietician. After waiting for three weeks for a diet chart, I was repeatedly told that the app was "getting updated," which felt like an excuse rather than a legitimate reason for the delay. I would strongly advise against using this app or their dieticians if you value your time and want a reliable and timely service. Stick to traditional diet counseling methods to avoid wasting your time and experiencing the frustration I encountered.

### *---- "Can’t see any plans posted by coach"
I recently installed this app on the recommendation of my nutritionist. Added her as my coach on the app. However anything that she posts for me on the app doesn’t I don’t receive it at all. I don’t understand if this is a problem with iOS version or something else. E we tried multiple times.. but no success ...

### ***** "Great app, Fantastic update"
Bought the scale a year ago and have been loving it! The one feature I was waiting for this latest update addresses with Apple HealthKit sync. Easily one of the most empowering tools for keeping track of my health. The developers respond very quickly to queries and feedback. They even immediately replaced a scale that was faulty. I think they will just get better and better! Thanks for all the updates and support, keep up the great work!

Update: wow now I can sync my body stats data to healthkit in new version. Thanks team for update
-- Ajay Punekar, 2020-05-17

### *---- "Poor support. Not compatible with IOS"
The IOS BLUETOOTH is not supported in the current version of app and lifetron devices. Inspite of communicating on this issue; there is no response from support team
