Won't allow me to log in. I can't clock in for work. Idk why my company decided to switch to this app but it's horrible

This app only gives you a glimpse of hope that it is going to work and then soon after all hope is gone. The developers who sold this one are con artists.

I can’t submit any pto time says it’s null on the error message can you guys fix it please

First of all you're forced to verify your identity on your phone every time you use the app. Idiotic. Secondly the text verification NEVER works and now the email verification doesn't work either. Everytime I try now it says the perfectly valid code is invalid. ADP has 14 BILLION DOLLARS in revenue but they can't make an app that works. Truly pathetic.

Tried setting up face id only for it to ask for verification anyways every time i use it. Whats the point???

This app is legit hot doo doo dog water. Legit just a money grab from adp and unfortunately my company is one of the test dummies for this horrible application. Even spoke to someone from adp and they laughed when we told them we switched to Lifion.

The “next gen” software from ADP is a huge step backwards. User interface is clumsy and inconsistent. SSO doesn’t work smoothly integrated with mobile biometrics.
