Easily the simplest to program fitness app I’ve tried. - Quality preset workouts. - Reminder notifications on the workouts. I can set a timer and turn my brain off to be notified on every start and stop to a lift automatically. - Tracking dashboard is one of the best I’ve seen. Lift Notes has really helped me keep better track of the progress I’m making in the gym. It has cool features that are super helpful, like a diagram that shows you how much weight to add to the barbells for your workouts so you don’t have to mentally calculate it and also graphs that show you how much you’re improving (or not improving) in the gym. If you’re plateauing, it’ll suggest you increase the weight you’re lifting and it helps you hold yourself accountable. The workout plans are great, but also completely customizable, which I love. Out of all the workout apps I’ve tried, this layout/design is my favorite and the easiest to use in my opinion.
