We built Liftin to break that cycle.


LOG WORKOUTS YOUR WAY

Two ways to train. Zero friction.

Quick Start — Jump straight into a workout with zero setup. Swipe through your recent lifts or saved routines and go. Perfect for the days you just want to move, not plan.

Custom Builder — Design your own routines from scratch. Add exercises, set your reps, build your Push Day, Pull Day, Leg Day — whatever program you run. Save it and reuse it forever.

Both modes track everything. Both count toward your streak. Both prove you showed up.


THE DUAL STREAK SYSTEM

Most fitness apps punish you for taking rest days. Liftin doesn’t.

Weekly Streak — Set your training goal during onboarding (2-7 workouts per week). Hit it, your streak grows. Miss a Tuesday but train Wednesday? Streak stays alive. Rest days respected.

Show Up Streak — Every day you open the app and either train or check in, your streak grows. Rest days count. Recovery days count. Just being here counts.

Two streaks. One truth: consistency beats perfection.
