## Lifting Tracker Description
Your notebook. On your phone.

Logbook replaces the physical training notebook that serious lifters carry to the gym. No social feeds. No noise. Just your training — simple, fast, and focused.

BUILT FOR LIFTERS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING

• Log sets with one tap. Check off completed sets. Edit loads on the fly.
• RPE, RIR and percentage tracking — your choice.
• Rep ranges (6-8) supported natively.
• Notes on every exercise and every session. The context behind the numbers.

BRING ANY PROGRAM

Paste your spreadsheet, type your program in plain words, or import a file. Logbook structures it automatically — mesocycles, weekly progression, deload weeks, whatever you or your coach wrote.

No forms. No configuration screens. Your program, ready in seconds.

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS

• Top set evolution over time
• Estimated 1RM tracking
• Volume analysis
• PR detection — automatic, discrete, no confetti

YOUR DATA, YOUR RULES

• Offline-first. Works without internet.
• iCloud sync across your devices.
• CSV export anytime. Zero lock-in.
• One-time purchase. No subscriptions. No recurring fees.

Logbook is not another workout tracker. It's the notebook you already use — but smarter.
