### *---- "I got ripped off, wasted $40 for 15 mins (supposed to be 20 mins) and received unhelpful advice"
This is my first time using the app, I came for guidance because I was feeling at my lowest. There are a lot of coaches to pick from so I chose one because she seemed to be professional on the topics I needed help with. There are 5 free messages that you can use to try and explain your situation as best as possible (which I did end up using the word limit). She validated my feelings and mostly asked questions like how old am I, how long I’ve been in the relationship, etc. (🚨pay attention to how they are during the free 5 messages. If they don’t try to give you advice immediately (preferably multiple 1 min voice messages, then I recommend you to not take them). This should’ve been a red flag to me but it’s my first time trying to talk with a therapist, so I didn’t know.  So I decide to go with her and immediately she starts with “you may not like this advice but i recommend you to research online for books, videos or podcasts” (ends up not giving an example/name). This is the second 🚩. I decided to be nice and wait to see what she has to say but ends up saying advice that you can literally receive from a friend (you got this, try to be more confident with yourself and believe in yourself) after that I was like ok I’m done. So I ended 5 minutes early. During the session I looked up online if I can get refund for unused time and it said yes. But when I tried getting a refund the coach denied it. Then I tried going to customer service and they ultimately told me that refunds are up to coaches, they can decide to accept or reject (most likely they would want to reject to keep the money) and I also found out if you use a coupon they don’t give back the unused time to your app wallet. I saw the coupon “welcome gift” and I thought they were literally being kind but it turns out to be a freaking trap 🤦🏽‍♀️ you can’t get any refunds if you use coupons.  I wasted my time and money. The coach must be happy bc she earned easy money within 15 minutes. I’m never using this app again and I wouldn’t recommend it. But if you truly want to use it, I suggest to be careful with the coupons (no refunds🚨) and to pick an agent that immediately gives you advice (multiple 1 minute voice messages). They are the ones that truly want to help you. Don’t even pick the messaging option because she typed so slow and wasted more time like that. She could’ve used voice messages.  I wouldn’t want you to risk it. And if you have a feeling that they’re aren’t going to advice good advice, end t

It’s a good app the only thing that makes it great is the variety of people available to help and most seem genuine in wanting to help. What makes it a 3 star (3.5 if I could)? Well it’s the outrageous costs 216$ +fees to be able to talk to someone for an hour??? Huge huge turnoff and the more I think about it

Not sure why this app isn’t talked about more! I don’t currently have insurance and wouldn’t be able to afford traditional therapy, but this is GOLD! Sessions are inexpensive and you don’t have to be linked to  a monthly subscription- you can literally talk to your coach/ counselor whenever you need. I highly recommend!

I just started working with this app as a coach. The layout of the app is wonderful and I love that it can provide coaches with the experience that they need. However, the amount of weird clients that join the app with bad intentions can be overwhelming. Besides that everything else is fine and the clients that do have good intentions and who are seeking actual help they are wonderful to work with.

It’s good to have, some do seem to genuinely want to help, though some will say random things to get you to waste those questions and pay. As a teenager i can’t afford to waste $20 to talk for only 30 mins especially when some take a very long time to reply. Also why is there a limit on how much you can say in those 5 messages I get it “gotta make money” but a lot of peoples posts I’ve read said they can’t afford it. Make it more affordable or give more then 5 messages.

I must emphasize an alarming aspect of this app's operation: coaches are instructed to maintain professionalism while users are allowed to engage in inappropriate and sexually explicit conversations freely. This contradictory approach not only fosters an unsafe environment but also places coaches in an uncomfortable and potentially dangerous position.

The notion that coaches are encouraged to respond professionally while users are given free rein to communicate however they please is deeply concerning. It implies a disregard for the well-being and safety of coaches, creating an environment where exploitation and misconduct can thrive unchecked.

This lax attitude towards user behavior is not only irresponsible but also contributes to the normalization of inappropriate conduct, putting vulnerable individuals at risk. It is imperative that app administrators reconsider their policies and prioritize the safety and dignity of all users, including coaches.

In light of these serious concerns, I urge a thorough investigation into the app's practices and immediate action to address the glaring issues of inappropriate communication and lack of oversight. Until meaningful changes are made to ensure a safe and respectful environment, I cannot endorse or recommend this app to anyone.

I’m not sure what happens to my review but 
The app is overall great. The face of the app is easy to look at, and it’s easy to navigate. I love how the staff responds when you have questions. The only reason why I left a four-star’s is because it’s really difficult to keep a good clientele and all I continue to get is messages about inappropriate things. Also, the fact that counselors cannot make a post I really feel that the developers need to monitor chat rooms to keep counselors and clients safe. People should not be allowed to try to manipulate counselors into talking about inappropriate things.  Councilors should be able to have wrongfully negative reviews removed with proof.
These people who like to message counselors to get inappropriate things should be flag and filtered out of the system and they should not be allowed to continuously make 1000 profile, so that they can keep doing what they are doing. I really hope the developers monitor the chats to make sure people are not doing these type of things. I would really like to use the app more, but this is the issue  that keeps me from coming back I do recommend the app for those actually need help in for those who really want to help.  I love how the payments work and how easy it is to use. They just need to fox those issues.
