With Device Orientation Mode, the map aligns automatically with your phone's direction, helping you relate the map to your real-world surroundings. A handy compass overlay keeps you oriented at all times. Choose from different map types like terrain, satellite, or topographic views to get the perspective that suits your needs. Planning your route is a breeze with our Distance Measurement Tools. Tap the location pointer to measure distances from your current position to the visible map edges. Use the ruler tool to draw custom paths or measure distances along selected trails. When measuring along a trail, the ruler follows the exact route, providing precise distances for specific segments. Discover new paths with confidence using our OpenStreetMap (OSM) Trail Integration. Load and highlight available OSM trails in your area, and tap on them to see their names and lengths. Searching for trails is simple—enter a full or partial name, set your desired search radius (up to 300 km), and let the app find matching trails. Once you find a trail, navigate to it and have it highlighted on your map for easy exploration. Take full advantage of Comprehensive GPX Track Support by loading multiple tracks simultaneously. Import tracks from local storage or the Files app, convert OSM trails into GPX tracks, or record your own adventures.
