## Lightspeed Voice Description
This is the Lightspeed Voice app, designed to be a companion to Lightspeed Voice's web application Quantum. You can make and receive calls through our VoIP system, send and receive texts and emails, and perform your usual phone system actions like park, transfer, hold, and more. Additionally, you can view your switchboard and get live updates as your team members make and receive calls, and access your phonebook like you would through our web application.

This app has made my workflow so much easier. I love how i can leave my office and still reach clients or help out my team where ever I’m at. This app is constantly getting updates and to top it all off they have exceptional customer support. Keep up the good work.
-- DakM940, 2023-08-28

### *---- "Worst support and app ever"
This company is the worst VOIP company ever. iPhone app hasn’t worked in 9 months. Customer service representative are rude. Everything is fixed with a bandaid.
-- Brianb912, 2023-06-09

### *---- "Deception in contract"
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - They snuck in a 36 month contract into our Service Agreement which I was never told about. DECEPTION at its finest - read the other 1 star reviews if you don't believe me.
-- Serge karnaukh, 2022-10-21

### ***** "Best VoIP app"
Th e phone has worked great when out of the office and needed to make call with clients!

Unclear messages when trying to receive calls
I have not been able to answer calls consistently from the app
-- Sim Hun, 2022-07-02

### ***** "Love it"
I love the new Softphone app. I have quite a few employees and it’s nice to be able to pull the switchboard and get to them quickly. This app is easy to use and intuitive another big plus from such a great company.
-- UCFKnight05, 2022-05-12

### ***** "Excellent new entry to the voip app space!"
It's a huge step in the right direction!
It's not yet as capable as some others but this will go a long way towards helping you manage a scalable solution for your business.
