I lost someone in my family and I missed the induction somehow because I was dealing with a huge trauma.
I saw the email afterwards that they had rejected my application after everything. I told them the reason and ask them for help. But no empathy and no condolences for any loss. They just closed my platform. If you’re running a support network you should be empathetic and understanding about people’s situations. I was crying the whole day yesterday and they’ve added more to it. The worst experience ever.

Downloaded and opened the app - it took me to a log in screen for those who already have an account. I don’t have an account and there’s no option to create one or the ability to even do anything else without logging in, so the app is just completely unusable. I went to their website but that’s also unusable - the pages won’t display properly on a mobile browser. If the organisation isn’t across basic accessibility with their app and website, then I don’t have much hope for their actual services. Disappointing.
