Best way to travel in Sydney cbd. No other way to get home after NYE on the harbour

Scanned a bike, paid, jumped on and realized the pedals don’t engage and the rear tire is flat. Try to jump off and the app says I can’t leave it here. Walk further and still non compliance. There’s a reason these things get flogged/dumped. I’d be happy to see them catch fire every time u walk past them.

My first time after reading how to ride the bike …. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone wanting to learn .. fantastic ride .. and worth every penny spent .. thank you.

Had 2 bad experiences after purchasing the scooter we could not get them working as it signalled a no riding area when it was, wasted $4.60 on 2 scooters and didn’t get it working.

I enjoyed it very much… just had to learn the throttle ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

these bikes are by FAR the least comfortable things i have ever ridden. the app is horrible if you actually need to locate a bike, refusing to show you images that would help in locating, despite DEMANDING a photo at the end of your ride. customer service is useless, too.

I used their scooter twice, and this glitch happened both times. I used the scooter for about 8 minutes, but their application stubbornly refused to end the ride for an additional 15 minutes. While other riders with me were able to end the ride in the same parking spot, my application kept refusing to cooperate. It’s clear that they’re aware of this issue and, more likely, deliberately exploit it to generate extra revenue. I strongly suspect this was intentionally designed to be a scam. I’m using an iPhone 15 Pro Max with the latest iOS 18.1 and their latest version of the application, so they have no excuse for this. I’ll never use their scooter again.
