Got charged 3 Euro for 2 broken scooters

Got no sign of refund for first broken scooter, not even being able to report the second one since “submitting too many report”

A lot of the time, the app bugs out and i can’t click anything on the app. it just shows a green dot that loads and that’s it. it seems like it is stuck on something but i don’t know how to fix it. do something about it please.
