App is always bugging out

A lot of the time, the app bugs out and i can’t click anything on the app. it just shows a green dot that loads and that’s it. it seems like it is stuck on something but i don’t know how to fix it. do something about it please.

Stupid bugs rip me off

Im trying to stop the ride but your app bug is stopping me from stopping it. Now i gotta pay for your bug. Why do i need to pay for your error?

Not working the last 15 mins

The bike didn’t work for last 15 mins, I have to pull all the way back.

After I add money to the app, I can never login again ! Please refund me euro 5!

Tried for six mins to accelerate but it couldn’t work and it is still charging me and I couldn’t find any customer service to help! Never try again!!

invited friend and started using, never got the free credit myself!!! overall fun but very expensive
