Ontgrendel uw voertuig door de QR-code te scannen, het kenteken in te voeren, of door op een knop op de app te tikken.
VERANTWOORD RIJDEN
Een veilige gemeenschap begint met verantwoord rijden. Het is belangrijk om voor elke rit de regels van de weg te onthouden. Je moet altijd:

- Rijd in fietsstroken, nooit op trottoirs
- Draag een helm wanneer u rijdt
- Parkeer vrij van voetpaden, opritten en opritten

Super mooi

Electrical bikeride in Copenhagen.

Great app. Good bikes. Be aware you can not to anywere. You can not get ride outside the Lime areas

Snel geregeld, en veel van de stad gezien.

Overcharged

I was charged twice the amount and am still waiting to get 47 euros back.

Money bug

It’s a really fun thing to do, but I was riding with a group ride and when I checked my bank 18 euros was missing for the temp hold and I never got it back. So please return my money and fix this bug

Great service, bad software

Had to end my ride near the arc de triomphe, app wouldn’t let me end even after trying 4 different parking spots with available slots ended up missing my tour bus. Have also encountered multiple other times where the gps would not match with the spot of the parking spot. Sometimes this doesn’t occur though. A great way to allow users to end would be tracking the users movement and forcing him or her to scan the other bicycles next to him if this happens this is a fairly safe way to circumvent lack of tracking precision.

Horrific support

I had a bug with the scooter app where I tried to scan a scooter but someone else had reserved it so it didn’t unlock. I then unlocked another scooter and took it to my destination upon finding my scooter id did not match the one on the app map. Nor would it let me end that journey from my app. So I had to go back to the start of my trip where I was able to end the journey of the scooter which had been reserved but I never unlocked. Now i try to get a refund for the trip from customer service. I have a contact with someone who checked my journey and account the first email no problem but despite this says that they cannot find my account email the day later three more times - despite me sharing each time. I even shared a screenshot. Then they keep asking for my PayPal details and transaction date which I’ve already sent and pointed to in several emails. It’s horrific I’m getting nowhere.
