Too much hassle

Luavz on

New Zealand

Signed up for the first as I need a ride somewhere however I couldn’t start the ride due to payment error, my normal rides with another company usually costs between $4-6 however I was told this failed because Lime needed a preauthorisation cost of $16 which I don’t understand especially as a first time rider and did not need to spend that much. Resulted in deleting my account.
