The app has a stupid policy about charging you €10-€20before each ride even though you have already made a Lime pass for a specific number of minutes. This action does affect the quality and price of the service therefore I do not recommend using the services as long as you intend to serve money on transportation. The deceiving aspect of being an ecological and economical way of travelling is covered by policy of charging useless fees regardless of the already paid the amount for the services.

On the 09/07/24 I fell onto the ground because of their defect scooters. I was riding and in a curb and the handlebar blocked while driving, the brakes didn’t work and I fell. Injured my ankle, couldn’t walk for a week, spent 60 euros for medical care (X-rays and some cream), wrote them about their defect scooters in Oradea. It’s more then a week since the incident and I still have no answer, they replied that they will review the incident and nothing. No one paid me my money back, because I injured myself because of THEIR DEFECT SCOOTERS, they brought them from somewhere, didn’t repaired them and put for public use, thereby putting people in danger. WHO knows how many people were injured before me. LIME ROMANIA IS THE MOST UNCARING, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE and SCOOTERS IN WHOLE ROMANIA. Definetly don’t recommend using their scooters or other services, because they only care about money and nothing else, not your health, nothing.

De ce aveți limitate trotinetele și nu ajung mai departe de bd Nicolae Grigorescu nr 90 apex..? Locuiesc oameni, nu hoți, până la nr. 160….

Iph 13 mini not showing any cancel button. Checkes settings, help section lime, followed instructions, no button. Delete also the remove card button 👍

Aplicația pe iPhone are multe erori. Se oprește foarte greu. Astăzi până nu am inchis-o de tot și am deschis-o din nou, nu am putut sa opresc cronometrul.Deci este un bug mare care trebuie rezolvat. Mănâncă secunde multe degeaba!!! Și alte erori multe am avut. Splash și Bolt funcționează foarte bine, nu au erori deloc.
