There has been several issues with the software for years.. 1- System shuts down frequently on desktop version. 2- You can’t set up system to show all trips for the future. Only so many days in advance.. 3- You can’t use the mobile app to add new trips because you must input passenger phone number and email, which are not required in the desktop version. 4- For years system shows trips in wrong order and we have to refresh several times to get trips in the right date order.. 5- Support department never replies that they have received the issues or if something will be done about them.

This app is a waste of my time.

It’s such a shame they put so little attention and care into this app. It’s nowhere as useful as the website. It doesn’t even show you what ride you have in real-time. It’s supposed to…but it doesn’t.

The functionality of the app is just not there! The layout need work and there should be a way to change the trip status with a larger display of tge status of the trip.

Use it all the time while I am ruining between offices.

It takes forever to load customer and the app keep having problem saving a new customer
