Problems Never Get Fixed
There has been several issues with the software for years.. 1- System shuts down frequently on desktop version. 2- You can’t set up system to show all trips for the future. Only so many days in advance.. 3- You can’t use the mobile app to add new trips because you must input passenger phone number and email, which are not required in the desktop version. 4- For years system shows trips in wrong order and we have to refresh several times to get trips in the right date order.. 5- Support department never replies that they have received the issues or if something will be done about them.
