Great app lots of interesting and informative information
Just got a new car, and this app is very buggy with how it functions. Also, maybe haptics would be helpful
No matter what I do, it only lets me enter location information specific to Canada. I can’t enter my own address or select my state. It only shows options like provinces, which aren’t applicable to me.
This app is pretty and laid out in an intuitive way. But I do have a few issues. 1) I can't pick my state for my address in the Account Information as the app seems to be geared toward Canadian buyers. Only the provinces are available in the drop down list, and not US states. 2) My preferences for prestart aren't always respected if I start my Nautilus with the app vs. the key fob. For example, sometimes the ventilated seats come on despite it being very cold outside. 3) My Bluetooth connection is hit and miss. Sometimes it's connected and sometimes it's not.
The biggest reason why I use this app is so that I am able to start my car without needing my keys.
Great feature!!
This app is super useful. Keeps me connected to my car in ways I would not have imagined were useful before experiencing them first hand. Clean, clear, and easy to use.
I’m disappointed with the Lincoln Way app because it’s not as intuitive or user-friendly as the FordPass app. The FordPass app sets a great example with its smooth, modern interface and easy-to-use features, but the Lincoln Way app feels outdated. For instance, having to hold the unlock button to unlock the car is inconvenient and reminiscent of the older version of FordPass. I expected a more seamless and premium experience from a brand like Lincoln.
So I also have a Ford Explorer platinum edition in the app I cannot sit. I don’t have to hold the button down anymore to start the car. It has a slide and it just starts all by itself without me having to hold the button the same with the lock, so I don’t have to sit there and hold the button down. Are y’all gonna have an update for that?
It bothers me that I buy a Lincoln Navigator, Black Label, and I have to deal with transmission issues you are aware of. Fix them at your cost or lose customers do the Denali’s.
