Great workouts, wish there were more for very beginners and older women

Each day my heart is FULL, and my mind and body are thankful :)
I am a beginner to Pilates and I find these routines to be doable. I love the format of daily workouts that at different each day and I definitely feel stronger all ready. My only concern is that many of the movements require flexion which I have been instructed to avoid due to osteoporosis. I would appreciate a mention of modifications for these movements if that is possible.
It is nice to have a program and exercises that are realistic, not too long, and easy to do at home.
I can’t believe how good I feel. I feel stronger and energized. The aches in my joints are disappearing. My brain fog is pretty much gone. I no longer have to read things over and over again. I’m calmer and happier. Thanks!!!
A couple of friends highly recommend Lindywell to me. I spent a couple of weeks reading about Robin and the company and spent time reading the blog and tried some recipes before joining. Videos pause mid-play, they load slowly, app stops mid-workout. The “bugs” you fixed created others. This release is not at your standard. Bring back previous release until you work this one out.
Next week I will have surgery on my right hand, after recovery Pilates will be a good part of getting back to a stronger me.
Lindywell has provided for me an attainable and effective way to care for my whole body. I love that I can do the work outs wherever I am! And I also love the extras: breath work , recipes, podcast, etc.
I’ve been using the app about 4 months. I’ve become noticeably stronger at keeping up with my teenage boys when we hike and ride bikes. I’m 57. I gave the app a 4 star rating because it occasionally glitches and I have to shut it down and start it over during a workout. Thinking it might be my device, I switched from my old iPad to my newer phone, but still have occasional times when the video stops and I can’t restart it unless I close down everything and completely start over. Also, it would be helpful if there was a space to make notes by each workout for my own personal use so I could easily remember why I liked or didn’t like it.
