It’s one of the most lifegiving things I do for myself. I love the workouts and the community, but most of all I love the attitude of grace over guilt and simply taking care of our bodies so they can serve us well as we live out the rest of our lives. The workouts challenge me but not so much that it’s discouraging; I know that I can keep coming back and get stronger each time. I’ve started using some of the breathwork videos too, and they are helping me remember to BREATHE throughout the rest of the day! I lost momentum for a few months and could feel the difference; I lost strength, mobility and balance and started having aches and pains - yuck! I’m back to being consistent and even more committed to make the time to just hit play and do the daily workout. It is so worth it! I’m hoping to be a member for life. This Pilates program has helped me come back from a debilitating back injury, and I am fully committed to sticking with it for the long run. My only issue is the app itself. Over the last few months it has become glitchy on my iPad, and the glitches are now getting worse after each update. As of the last week, it will freeze and refuse to fully open when I try to open it. I now have to delete and reinstall it EVERY morning.
