I love this app and have used it for many years. My only gripe is in the iOS app the Line app there is no specific option to clear just cookies and trackers. If you want to clear this data, you need to delete and reinstall the app, which will remove all cached data, including cookies and trackers. Messages and attachments are saved, but it’s a really clunky way to clear basic privacy information. Please fix this issue.
The last few updates have lost the predictive text . Eg, type “L” no bold options appears. Or type “pelican” and no longer appears. 6 months ago it worked.
I have been using this app with no issues for years. Travelling to and from Thailand. Recently, haven’t been able to add new friends via their Line ID. Can add with QR code. Strange. I followed all the support documents provided by Line. All suggestions checked and confirmed with no remedy. So, I attempted to connect directly. Received the same automated response directing me to the same support documents. I hoped with subsequent app updates this could have been resolved. Alas, I’m still just as frustrated. No solution whichever way I look. It’s so unfortunate that Line has not addressed this. Signed Frustrated.

I’m having a major issue with logging into my LINE account. My account was tied to my email on an old phone, but now I can’t access it. Every time I try logging in with my email, it either says my account isn’t linked with LINE or that it already exists. When I try to log in from the first screen, it just doesn’t work. It’s incredibly frustrating, and I can’t seem to find a solution. There should be clearer instructions or better support for situations like this, especially for users who switch devices. Please fix this!
I can only add people with the QR code and people can’t add me with my ID . Why has it changed ?

After I updated the lasted version, I can’t send any photo to others.
Really going downhill. It’s had glitchy updates recently and now it won’t send photos. I have the latest version of the app and iOS and my internet is working fine.
