I am in a situation where I can’t recover my old account and I cant even create a new account because the app says I already have an account associated with my Apple ID. No options for creating an account via google is available. So it looks like I have to create a new Apple ID account just to create a new account on Line!? Please fix the app so that account recovery is easier. No other apps have this problem to this extent.
I updated the app and rest my phone etc but still unable to use the app :( it keeps crashing as I open the app! Plz fix soon! Thanks!!!
I didn’t know I needed an email for me to transfer my account to my new phone, my line account was registered with my phone number and I can never get my account back, I just lost contacts that are dear to me
I would give a zero rating if I could. How can an app be so difficult to install. It does not provide you with support and the developers will not fix the problem. Totally frustrating and irresponsible of the developers not fix after so many people have complained
Every time I open the app it crashes. Been like this for a few months now. Finally deleted it.
First my line legit won’t let me add a single person. When I tried to re login to trouble shoot that problem, it won’t let me login or create a new freaking account. I had my email linked why is it saying it’s not linked with any lien account I have the gosh darn email sitting in my inbox proving it’s linked. I can’t anymore.

After the latest update I can no longer search a friend (of other countries) by line id anymore!! Pls bring back the function!
We use line to communicate in one of my games. No one is able to add each other through ids. It’s annoying please fix this dang bug
