It’s impossible to log back in to a line account. Don’t get a verification text? Then get called up. Oh, it didn’t make a call? Well then you’re out of options. Tried to log in with Apple ID? The only option you get is to get a code from your old device. Don’t have an old device? Then you’re screwed. Tried to connect a phone number or mail to recover your account? Nope, those were blocked when I tried it. My location didn’t support it. Try to get help? A very unusable inquiry form without possibility to free text your problem (text field don’t work ofc…), get an answer that tells you to register new account? Well can’t since my phone and now also my Apple ID is already being used…. I’m going mental with this app.

After updating to latest version Line is not working anymore. Not for iPad and iPhone. Can receive messages but can not send anymore
No longer working on iPhone
Since this update i can no longer use on my iPhone and not possible to reinstall as well

iPhone doesn’t work anymore. Nothing happens when i try to log in
Doesn’t work anymore!
Been using this app for a while to stay connected with my family in Asia. But after the latest update I can’t even open the app anymore. Tried every troubleshooting there is to be found, even took it off the iPhone and then installed it again. Won’t open, can’t Log in, can’t Sign up, and most infuriating is there’s no customer support to contact. Useless!

Latest update is the worst ever. You can’t send messages. Can’t read all messages and you can’t log in to your account again if you log out. Not working with either WiFi or 4g/5g even if you have great connection with it. DON’T UPDATE TO 15.0.0.
