Ich habe eine Line-Kto. im April erstellt und nun ein neues Telefon. Das alte habe nicht mehr. Somit kann ich mich nicht neu anmelden. Ich habe weder ein QR-Code noch kann ich in den Chat wo angeblich ein Übertragungscode hin geschickt wird gehen. Wie kann ich nun Line weiterhin nutzen?

Schlimmer kann es nicht werden mit der Apple ID habe ich einen Account erstellt und nun kann ich nicht mehr einloggen und Telefonnummern sind nur noch aus Thailand gültig. Und ich will kein Konto übertragen das ist ja auch absolut bescheuert.
For a few days now, I have not been able to send or receive messages (iPhone X 16.7.10). Very bad app with lots of functions that nobody really needs. All of my important contacts in Asia are no longer reachable. I am very worried 😥
It’s kind of sad. I want to use LINE but LINE doesn’t want me to. I installed the app about 2 weeks ago when I was on holidays in Japan. I had no other choice but to create an account via Apple ID. No other option available (I would’ve preferred to do it with my phone number). I was logged in but was unable to add any of my Japanese friends, via their QR-codes. I got error messages. When I got back to Switzerland, I had the same problem. So I decided to completely delete the app and reinstall it. Since then, I haven’t been able to log in… I get an error message saying that the verification is temporarily blocked. I contacted the help center. I got a completely mad answer, accusing me of posting obscene content, inviting minors to inappropriate meetings etc…………….. So I would’ve done all that while not having ANY contact on LINE, being unable to write anything to anyone or post anything, and then being unable to even log in?!?!?? And at the end of their intolerable email: « Please understand that we are unable to provide any further assistance related to this matter. ». Dear LINE, stop this madness. Please. Finally, I see now that LINE says it is impossible to create an account via Apple ID. So why did they force me to create my account via Apple ID?!? Please LINE. I still wanna use your app. Do get in touch with me. iOS 18.2.1
Seit dem letzten Update habe ich in der Schweiz keine Verbindung mehr. Ich habe daher die App neu installiert. Jetzt kann ich mich nicht mehr anmelden. Ich erhalte keine SMS mit dem Code!!! Was ist los bei LINE???
Today I updated to the new version. Now I can’t send anymore any kind of text, vid or sticker and I can’t receive videos, sticker etc. 😡 It‘s not only me. And because of a connection error it’s not possible to send you a message. Such a mess. Never happens with any other messenger. Fix it. 🙏🏻
Since the last update, I loose all my contacts and message 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
