Download app to communicate with friends I play a game with but when making it up and creating a line ID, no one is able to find my ID and I am not able to add anyone’s, when I’ve looked on the help centre everything it tells me to do I’ve done and when trying to actual contact someone to help all I get is automated responses. Not good enough. I’ve deleted and recreated my account with no luck.
The Picture in Picture doesn’t work
You’ve shrunk the inbox, all the messages are now squashed together. It’s not suitable for people with dyslexia and dyscalculia. Please change it back!
I think I had probably created an account years ago because I don’t remember anything about my Line account. So, when i tried to use Line again because I made some new Japanese friends, I decided to delete my account in case it’s associated with my old phone number etc., and then sign up with a new account with my current info. But, after deleting it, when I try to sign up again I keep getting the error “Verification is temporarily blocked. Please try again later.” It’s been like this for a week now. I suspect they just blocked my iOS account, but I don’t know for what reason, as I barely used Line and I didn’t even chat with anyone there.
I only use Line for work. Now it needs updating and it won’t update on my old iPhone 6 it’s time to say goodbye.
I’ve never had a more frustrating experience signing up to a service than this app. They actively don’t want you to use it as a foreigner, which makes it all the more frustrating when you’re located in a country that makes heavy use of it!
Totally useless version of line compared to Japanese. I believe this is quite literally the worst app on the App Store. It doesn’t even work for macOS anymore. Useless ‘support’ system.
I can’t see how this pointless app is still allowed to operate. Completely useless verification system that sends codes inside the app that you can’t get into. Asks you via a pop-up on login for a transfer verification (I don’t need one! It’s a new account) and if you try and bypass the other option to verify has you going around in circles if you signed up with Apple. Then it says your app is locked for 180 days. Good one
Can’t access my old account at all!!!!!
Plus non existent support, I know so many people that have lost all their data because it isn’t backed up on here and they make it impossible to do so. Dropping features like keep and not being able to save it is stressful
