I registered my account and only sent 1 message to my hairdresser to book an appointment and Line suspended me for “commercial use”, ridiculous. Their support will not give any justification whatsoever, absolute avoid this app
This app will not let me set a password no matter what I type in it’s ridiculous and annoying I follow the guidelines and still nothing what the hell?

Originally this served as a useful simple messaging app, but it’s been evident over the last year that more and more important features are being removed, this is super disappointing and frustrating, most companies strive to progress and develop , bring out new features but instead line is just going from bad to worse🙈🙈
I tried to download the app, for some reason it never worked at all, till I found out i have been banned without a specific reason. The Line support has been useless, they couldn’t help and actually it sounded like they didn’t want to help. I would give 0 star if I could
No more can sign up with number, which absolutely non sensible !!!! No reason to use this app anymore
Despite never using Line before, verification was blocked on my account and i could not sign up. I have contacted customer service four times and each time has been less helpful than the last. This really is the worst messaging app I have ever used
I download the app for literally one day, then suddenly my friends couldn’t receive my messages anymore. I reinstalled the app and next thing I know I can’t access my account anymore as I’ve been banned for violating terms and condition?! I sought help and the costumer service kindly told me they can’t do anything to help because of this violation!!! Btw I used the app for chatting with friends so I don’t see how I have violated this mysterious terms&conditions. Costumes service inexistent!!!! DON’T DOWNLOAD THIS APP ITS NOT WORTH IT!
I’m back and forth between Europe and Asia and one day the app didn’t let me log into. Says that is unable to retrieve my account and I have to wait 25 days. Last month I tried to log in again and said that I had to wait 120 days. Is this a joke??
If you want to jion a group chat or whatever you will not be able to unless your account is thia. PLEASE CHANGE THIS AND MAKE IT AVIALABKE WORLD WIDE. Very unhappy just make a Europe server.
