But I can’t even access it
Can’t even log into now. Was having issues adding a friend so deleted app and reinstalled but now I can’t log into at all keeps saying blocked verification issues can’t even set up a new account either. Sort this out please ASAP

Since upgrading from iPhone 7 to 16, I attempted to transfer my Line account and chat history. Because I didn’t register an email address on my Line account on my old device, it is impossible to move the account across. I still have the same number and still have access to the old device. Error message on new device when trying to login via phone number says that I need to register an email address on my old device. The problem is when I try to open up Line on my old device the app doesn’t work (error message: An Unknown Error Has Ocurred). Support say the version of the app on my old device is no longer supported. However I am on the latest supported iOS for iPhone 7 (15.8.3), and the App Store does not offer me any newer version of the Line app to upgrade to. So I have lost my chat history and it appears my Line account too. Customer service has been of no help, with simple copy/paste replies and you are unable to type an actual message to them. As others have said, better to use other IM apps like Signal.

I can’t login. Stuck on transfer account. Give me error account is prohibited. There’s no way to login. My phone was changed and don’t have access to old one
Logged on ok today then received a message to review your account Wasted over 1 hour trying sent a code to my phone which I put in then it asked to verify Received a email clicked on like to reset password if case that was the problem Takes me back to verify again NOT HAPPY
This app needs updating and bug fixing ASAP. Since updating my iOS to 15, notifications don’t appear correctly on the notification screen and just disappear straightaway. Badge numbers are also incorrect and don’t appear a lot of the time.
I would give a zero star if I could! I was never able to use the app, my account has been blocked straight away for no reason whatsoever, I contacted customer service which told me my account was blocked for violating terms and conditions even though I’ve never used the app, they just say “we can’t help you” and closed my inquiry — like what?? So I reopened one to explain the situation and didn’t even bother to respond and just closed my request!…. Unacceptable, don’t use this app honestly!!
