Having hard time sending videos

Brand new iPhone 16 pro max having hard time sending out video through line.

For the love of Buddha, please finally enable message editing after sending. Even IG messaging offers this convenience. It’s 2025 for pete’s sake.

suspended account

my account was suspended and they won’t tell me for how long. i need it for work. obviously i cant count on line. no way to get to a real person in support for help.

If you created an account before 2015 or so, there was an option to login with email. Somewhere in that time, LINE stopped servicing US or UK numbers. So, I never used my phone number to login. Then, one day, when I wanted to change and update my phone number, LINE said I had to receive a text on my out of service number otherwise they wouldn’t give me access to my account, even though when I agreed to terms of service, the option to use my email was sufficient. I repeatedly tried to gain access to my old account and was able to on my desktop app for a little bit of time until recently. My account is now completely inaccessible in spite of my having the password and email I signed up with. Their customer is trash and Asia-centric. They don’t care if you don’t have access to your friends. They don’t care at all and their customer support is non existing. Sayonara LINE. Thanks for nothing.

Getting better, no translation feature

I can finally select and copy text, but I can’t use the Apple translation option. Also my friends in Japan say there is a translation option, but I can’t see it. I hope it is fixed soon, as Skype is ending.

Lost my account because of ridiculous verification process

I still have my phone number but I can’t log in to my account due to a forgotten password. I can neither reset my password with SMS like X (Twitter) nor invite my friend to help verify (WeChat). This is super duper awful app, avoid

Signup issue

I just download the App and want to sign it’s says temporary block I have no idea why and customer support to resolve the issue

Zero support

I created a line account years ago when I first visited Japan. Now that I am going back I need it because most people use that. But since you didn’t sign up with email and only phone then I can no longer log in. And I cannot create an account because the number already has an account. There is zero support just fourms and pages of random nonsense on their site with no way to contact some one. It says to contact from the phone but you can only do that if you log in.
