越來越不要臉了，本來免費的東西逐漸開始收費，但明明有很多地方可以改善後收費。

App常打不開
關鍵字一定要全對？這非常不聰明！
能不能設定關鍵字另外開啟全收模式？只要關鍵字有在發問的問題內就會跳出回覆好嗎？不然只差一個字都不行真的很難用！怎麼可能猜得到別人的問題跟標點符號或是語氣表情？

群發訊息
群發訊息能否在各個對話框裡顯示一個 已發送群發訊息的字樣給我們後台人員看，不然有時會忘記到底有沒有寄送訊息給顧客
手機上app一片白，什麼都看不到
突然app都看不到任何設定，沒辦法回覆訊息
照片變得很怪異
照片使用畫筆的功能時，照片會糊掉、歪掉、變色、無法好好的傳給客人，變成要去別的軟體畫好再傳給客人，有點麻煩其餘都很棒
不直觀
請改進不要讓自動回覆的訊息變成最後一則回覆的顯示，這樣常會忽略掉客人的訊息
