The product is amazing. I used it for years. Then they cancelled my phone without warning. There is no resolution. Customer service refused to explain why. They refused to put me in contact with someone who could explain. They refused to resolve the confusion in any way. If you use it, I suggest paying monthly rather than yearly. They didn’t reimburse me for the ten months still left on my annual purchase. 

In my opinion, there are other apps that do the same thing just as well (if not better) that have a better customer service department.

We’ve used Line 2 for years now and the customer service has only gotten worse with little to no help, zero sense of urgency, and days in between replies. 
Countless emails, phone calls, voicemail, no call back, only unhelpful emails telling me to do something I’ve already done had they simply looked. Messaging is now disabled even though everything on our website reflects exactly what their own FAQ page states. Help tickets get kicked around to multiple people ending in zero resolution. Response times are abysmal. I am astonished they are still in business operating in this manner.

I updated to v12.20 today and it logged me out of the app. I had to log back in, change all of my settings back to what they were, and then log into my web dashboard and turn my forwarding settings back to what they were. I’m sure some people are getting blindsided.

The signup process wants me to use a weak, 10 character maximum password.

Additionally, verifying my mobile number is impossible. I bought a landline number from Number Barn and have used it on a mobile device for years, but this app (a phone app!) cannot fathom that it can receive texts.

These issues in addition to the strange, not very native UI have left a bad taste in my mouth. I’ll be deleting it ASAP.

Call quality is terrible and the Software is full of bugs. We tried to configure the auto attendant, but that was impossible because the file uploading is broken. Avoid this company at all cost. They are not taking care of their code base.

The second my payment went through the app kicked me out and when I re opened the app it wants to me to log in using my line 2 number that I didn’t even get to save it or Memorize it since the app closed the second the payment went through. Called the customer service they have two departments one for sales ( and they answer right away) The second one is support and they never answer . I went to the chat support to access support you need to put your line 2 numbers that again I don’t have it. Now I paid 9.99 for what?
No emails was sent to me
No customer service they never respond only sales department responds fast.
The chat won’t help you without  providing your line2 phone number .
I didn’t forget the phone number I didn’t get to save it or anything because the app kicked me out.
I cancelled the subscription. I lost $9.99
Save your money!
