I got some tickets that I couldn't use as the local bar who put them up didn't let me use them to get into the establishment. The people at the bar said to use the app's customer service to get a refund, but the customer service only gave me run-around and offered credit. Make sure to use a credit card so you can back charge the tickets.
What a great and efficient app!! Makes it so much easier to get into my favorite bars faster!!
This app has come in handy so many times and has been a life saver cutting lines in the colder months. Don’t know what I would do without it!

Going out is easy and fun with Lineleap. Whether it’s seeing where my friends are, skipping lines, paying cover when I forget cash, or getting faster service ordering drinks on the app, LineLeap is always in my hand when I go out.
I use LineLeap often to pay cover at bars. It is much more convenient than paying cash. Additionally, some bars have the option to order drinks through line leap, which eliminates the wait time and speeds up the ordering process. I highly recommend the line leap app!
