Downloaded the app, signed up for Plus, but was charged twice and then the app didn’t work. They directed me to email them for a solution.
This app is user-friendly and easy to use. The characters are cute. The games are fun and they come in a huge variety. However, if you are a free user and when you press on an unlocked ‘lesson’, there is a payment/free trial pop-up and kids might press it by accident. Also, there are some mistakes or bad things that kids shouldn't learn. For example, in the ‘emotions’ lesson/game, ‘silly’ is NOT an emotion. Also, when you pick an emotion that Billy isn't having, he would do a hand gesture (drawing circles near the head) which can means crazy, stupid, or something wrong with the brain in some culture. If you want to let the kids know to try again, simply say so. Overall, a nice experience with some minor issues which can be improved.

The game is okay, only 5 points.
Even though I paid for a subscription, it doesn’t work. It continues to ask me for a new subscription and I am told that it is not connected to my account. When I request a direct link, the same info is given again. It is exceedingly frustrating, which is regrettable because the children seem to enjoy the game otherwise.

It’s too expensive and to easy my son now is four years old he thinks is to easy and boring and it can just play three time.it doesn’t help too much.:( My son just play one day and he didn’t play 5 years. When I am little girl my mum bought it for me but It didn’t help my English but anyway my mum is a little bit angry of this app.
